COMPANY PROFILE

Arsel Construction was founded in 1987 in Ankara, Turkey.  Initially the Company has completed housing projects, state and private sector buildings, infrastructure works and dam and irrigation projects.  During last 10 years Arsel Construction expanded its operations to overseas and has become well-known company both domestically and internationally in its sector.

The founder of Arsel Construction Ltd., M.Orhan Ozer has graduated from Istanbul Technical University in 1964 with an Ms. Degree on Civil Engineering. He started his first company, Eksen Construction Ltd., in 1968 and built several types of buildings and state projects in Izmir. Before starting Arsel Construction, Mr. Ozer was a managing partner of AGE Construction and involved in many important projects in 1970s and 1980s. 

With the long-term vision, vast experience and successful management of M.Orhan Ozer, Arsel developed to become one of the prestigious companies in Turkey in construction business.

Arsel Construction's field of activities includes housing complexes, banks and business centers, all types of administrative, commercial and industrial buildings, university complexes, factory buildings, restoration and modification works, dams and dam rehabilitations, irrigation and drainage systems, stream improvements, treatment plants, sewerage systems, roads and bridges, harbours, crude oil and natural gas pipelines, pumping and regulation stations.
