COMPANY PROFILE

The founder and General Manager of Arsel Construction Ltd., M.Orhan Ozer graduated from Istanbul Technical University in 1964 with an Ms. Degree on Civil Engineering. He started his first company, Eksen Construction Ltd., in 1968 and built several types of buildings and couple of state projects in Izmir. Mr. Ozer has completed many projects with different companies until he started Arsel in 1987.

With the long-term vision, vast experience and successful management of M.Orhan Ozer, Arsel developed to become one of the well-known companies in Turkey in construction business.

Arsel Construction Ltd. is specialized especially on housing and building constructions, irrigation projects and infrastructure works. The company has finished several housing projects for Istanbul and Izmir municipalities, irrigation and dam projects for State Hydraulic Works and infrastructure works for development bank, municipalities and universities.

Arsel has experienced and well-organized staff and various machinery and equipment to accomplish different type of projects.
